Bangladesh go up against Ireland in the 2nd match of the three match T20I Series at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on 29th March, Wednesday at 1:30 PM IST.

Bangladesh showed Ireland just how strong they are at home in the first game. The first T20I even though was rain marred, they went over the line quite comfortably.
Bangladesh were cruising at one stage and were threatening to post more than 220 but Ireland did well at the backend to pull things back a bit. At the end of the 20th over, rain interrupted the game.

After a long delay, the rain subsided, and the match was reduced to be a 8 over affair. Ireland needed to chase 104 as per DLS. Ireland got off to a flier but Bangladesh proved to
be too good in the end as they lost the game by 22 runs. Bangladesh went 1-0 up in the series.

The surface at Chattogram is a belter of a wicket to bat on. Batters will enjoy batting and make a merry of it. Bowlers need to get it right, if they don’t they’ll be in a for a lot of runs.
