While presenting the Budget in the Parliament, a slip of tongue by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman broke the Lok Sabha in laughter. Elaborating on ‘Green Growth’, among seven priorities of the Union Budget, Nirmala Sitharaman said ‘replacing old political…’ instead of ‘old polluting vehicles’. This left the MPs in splits as it came across as a jibe at the Congress party.
